Developing their audio-visual talent through making over 600 wedding videos a year, Normarise is in the process of developing content for the mobile phone industry.
Normarise Inc specializes in the planning and production of wedding photo movies. It sports tremendous growth, producing over 600 wedding movies since it was founded in 2006 and incorporated in 2009.
For founder Yuki Yamaoka, the idea of starting a business came when he was at a wedding for his best friend. The sound of water flowing was all they heard when normally you would hear classical music. During congratulatory speeches, the music was so loud that the speaker couldn’t be heard. The wedding went on in this fashion, displaying the groom’s personality at its best. To Yamaoka, it felt like the right fit.
After welcoming a filmmaker whose films were accepted into national film festivals, Normarise has produced “new and high quality” images.
Looking for higher quality, some clients contact Normarise from faraway regions.
When the plan is made, footage must be shot. Borrowing photos from clients or shooting on location works well. Recently, Normarise has been shooting the actual wedding and editing at the ceremony, in time to screen a short film at the end of the event.
Adding the mobile phone market to their repertoire, we expect to see great things from Normarise Inc during the following years at the center of the content industry: ICC.
