- Each room has an outlet for multimedia communications (LAN and telephone circuits). Special 4MB lines enable the tenants to access the Internet at all times using the facility's LAN system. The rate for use of these lines is included in the rent, but the tenants may be also be required to pay their providers depending on the contract with their provider. Please ask your providers for the details.

- Safety
- Special switches and firewalls will be installed to prevent illegal access from outside. Routers, switches, and other basic network equipment and tools, as well as special Internet lines, will be doubled so that the tenants can use them even if problems occur.
Hours and security
In principle, the facility is open from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and closed from year-end through to the New Year holidays. Tenant rooms can be entered at any time using card keys and through the key box management system. To ensure safety, a remote security system is used. This system is monitored by a security company and will activate when someone leaves tenant rooms.
