ICC Friendship is designed to establish networks among non-resident creators. Creators who are interested in ICC and collaboration and information sharing with ICC resident organizations, or companies and the organizations that support those creators can apply.
Examples of parties that may apply are as follows
- Located outside Sapporo but interested in ICC, although unable to become ICC residents right now.
- Want to use ICC services on a short-term basis or to rent ICC's common facilities.
- Want to participate in seminars and workshops.
- Want to collaborate with excellent creators.
